Message	but I couldn't tell you how tall it is as it is sitting down into that "sink". The rattling is kept to a very minimum due to the dynamat installed on the cover. That pic was just the initial installation BTW, there is another more complete layer installed now. A third layer may be best. To cut down on the rattling when the top is down, you just need to create a buffer in between the sub and the top so a gel filled keyboard rest fills that roll nicely and won't damage your top/window. Box was definitely custom made. There is someone else on here that has done it with two 8' subs rather than one 10', can't remember the name though. :/
